32 Prime Snowboard Boots 2011: The most supportive boot in the line, the 32 Prime Snowboard Boot delivers perfect fit and flex with all of the real tech you can see and feel. Imagine your foot suspended in a hammock with a warm blanket wrapped tightly around it. That’s how you’ll feel laced up in the Prime. The goal was to allow zero movement in the forefoot. The Power Wrap coupled with the Level M footbed will keep your foot from rolling to the side in any conditions. The exposed System G2™ heel protection provides a dampening effect and protects against heel bruising. 32 also added upper cuff free-floating eye stays, and elephant or carbon-embossed shell, and last but not least, they are proud to introduce the first ever heat moldable footbed!

Construction:
STI Evolution Foam™: Designed in the STI Lab, this foam provides better cushioning than traditional foam materials and dramatically reduces the weight by eliminating the need for a heavy rubber outsole. ThirtyTwo boots with STI Evolution Foam™ are 15-40% lighter than previous seasons and remain the lightest in the industry
Articulating cuff: This advanced shell construction creates high-performing, smooth-flexing boots that are easier to lace and more durable. There is also less shell distortion, resulting in consistent heel hold through the full flex range
Flex Rating and Fit:
10/10: Every rider has a preference in boot stiffness. 32 takes this into consideration in all of their boots – from upper to the outsole to the liner – to make them perfectly balanced. Each boot is rated on the 10 point scale: 1=softest to 10=stiffest.
Liner and Lacing:
Tongue Tension System: 32 attached straps to the tongue and then threaded either the Boa™ lace or traditional lace through the strap, so as you tighten the boot, the tongue straps pull in and over your forefoot to maximize hold where you need it the most and eliminate heel lift
3D Molded Tongue: The 3-D Molded Tongues wrap your foot for easier lacing, improved fit and heel hold. This design also gives 32 the ability to control the stiffness of each model for customized flex and improved response
