The Nidecker Tape Deck Snowboard is a modern take on the classic 90s twin, built for riders who want a board that butters, spins, and wallrides as naturally as it carves. The steep kick in the nose and tail makes it easier to pop into spins, smear butters, and jam into banks without having to muscle the board around. Mid-stiff flex and camber give you the precision and pop to back it all up, and each size comes with its own unique graphic so your setup is always a lil' different from everyone else's in the lift line.

Rocker Type:

Camber: Precision, control and pop. The side profile of camber looks like a rainbow. Tried and true, camber has been the dominant board bend in the snowboard industry for almost 40 years. Adopted from the bend of alpine skis, camber snowboards deliver precise turning and edge control, with spring-loaded pop due to the bend in the board, providing better jumping characteristics. Advanced riders tend to prefer this bend, especially for hard carving and high-speed riding. However, they are not as forgiving of mistakes and can be more difficult to learn or progress on than a rocker or hybrid bend.

Core:

Light Core: Nidecker's lightest core is composed of three wood types, including featherweight paulownia and super responsive poplar. Hardwood beech stringers down the center enhance the overall strength and boost pop.

Laminates:

Biax Plus: Biax Plus retains the properties of Nidecker's tried and tested 90° biaxial fiberglass weave with more glass to enhance power transfer. It's uncompromising in its response and energy return, and loved and coveted by riders searching for a good blend of stiff & damp wherever they rip.

Premium Sandwich Construction: A step up from the standard sandwich construction that adds carbon stringers for more pop, quicker edge response and improved shock absorption.

Pop Carbon: Strategic placement of carbon fiber from the tail to the rear inserts, and from the nose to the front inserts, resulting in a more reactive board, with increased pop and stiffness. It's vibration dampening qualities make it ideal for more aggressive riding in all conditions.

Base:

N-7000 Hybrid: Combines the low-maintenance durability of an extruded base with the harder, faster-gliding characteristics of a sintered base, delivering reliable speed with minimal upkeep.

Topsheet:

Absorbnid: This innovative top layer has been developed to absorb unwanted vibrations allowing for responsive and dynamic boards that still give you a smooth and comfortable ride.

Graphics:

Overprint: Layered topsheet artwork that adds depth and texture to the graphic.
