3D Molded Tongue: The asymmetrical tongue is 3D molded and curved towards the medial side, following the naturally raised ridgeline of your forefoot to alleviate pressure points and give a more balanced feel of comfort and support. An anatomically correct and asymmetrical tongue performs better than a standard straight one.

Internal Heel Lock: Powered by the external side dial, the double lace goes through an internal harness attached to the shell and tongue. When you tighten it, it creates a three-dimensional ankle lock. Lateral tightening from the harness around the ankle ball, and frontally from laces which pass through the tongue, lowering it downards against your instep

Gold Liner: A premium heat-moldable liner designed to deliver an instant, highly customized fit with strong heel hold and balanced flex. It uses a Custom Flex Zone to add toe room while still maintaining responsive support for all-mountain riding.

Liner Closure: Velcro

Moldable Liner: A general memory-foam liner that can be heat-molded in-store or naturally shaped over time to match your foot. It reduces pressure points by conforming closely to your foot anatomy as it breaks in.

Asym 3F: Part of the ASYM3F Technology : FIT - FEEL - FLEX are combined in an asymmetric shape and closure system that delivers optimum support and flex. Lined up along the asymmetrical molded tongue, the Boa® Fit System lace guides are also asymmetrically positioned on the flatter areas of your forefoot for less point-loaded pressure and a more even closure, which increases medial arch support to reduce foot fatigue and cramping. Vibram Approach 2.0 Outsole: A high-performance Vibram rubber outsole paired with EVA cushioning and heel shock absorption for comfort and impact control. It’s designed for strong grip on ice and snow while still feeling lightweight and walkable.

Transition Zone: A molded connection between the boot outsole and upper shell that smooths the flex point where the boot meets the binding. It prevents hard edges from catching in the binding heelcup and improves board feel during entry, exit, and riding.

Exo Spine: An external backstay that supports the whole boot and transfers energy instantly from heel to toe. It connects seamlessly to the outsole via our Transition Zone, so you won't hook up on the binding's heelcup when you enter or exit your binding.

Armor-Tech: A durable TPU reinforcement wrap around the toe area that protects the boot from abrasion, rocks, and repeated binding contact. It also helps prevent the forefoot from packing out too quickly, extending overall boot life.

Space Blanket: A thermal insulation barrier between the outsole and the bottom of the liner keeps the warmth inside and the cold outside.

Storm Cover: A water-resistant PU/mesh cover with zipper. The Storm Cover keeps feet dry for long days in deep snow conditions and features a 3D engineered knit to perfectly match the shape of the boot. Stretchable material at the top eases closure.
