The Jones Freecarver 9000s Snowboard is built for one thing and one thing only: the deepest, fastest, most committed carves of your life. Volume shifted and available in a narrow model it's a smaller board that somehow lays down bigger turns. A nine-meter sidecut radius, 40mm setback, and full camber set up turns so precise and powerful they'll make you rethink what carving is supposed to feel like, and a hyper-fast Sintered 9000 base makes sure speed is never the limiting factor. True Camber: A full camber profile that delivers maximum energy and edge
response without the usual hang-ups. The continuous camber
shape offers powerful turns, locked-in stability at speed, and
unmatched pop for dynamic riding. True Camber is ideal for
riders who want the highest level of control and precision,
whether carving hardpack, charging steeps, or dropping lines
in powder.

Forever Flex: Forever Flex is a new manufacturing process that helps stabilize the flex and rocker of a board for its lifetime.
Shape:
Directional Shape: A directional snowboard is designed to ride primarily forward. It features a longer, wider nose, a shorter tail and a stance set back toward the tail, sometimes with added taper. This shape delivers excellent stability, smooth turn initiation and strong float in softer snow, making it a favorite for freeride terrain and carving.
Medium 3D Contour Base: 3D Contour Base tuned for all-terrain featuring
4mm spoon bevel in the nose and 0 to 4mm
spoon bevel in the tail. Spoon bevel starts just
before contact point.
Progressive Sidecut: At the far ends of the sidecut, the radius is incrementally increased as the edge reaches the contact point. Gradually increasing the sidecut radius towards the contact point delivers smoother turn initiation and exit as the edge tracks in and out of the snow with a less abrupt transition.
Dual Radius Flip Tip: Enhances float and maximizes the effective edge length of the board.
Low Tapered Shape: The difference between the nose width and the tail width. More taper makes the board float easier and feel more surfy in powder.
Core:
Power Core: Triple-density full wood core featuring hardwood bamboo stringers for added pop and durability plus paulownia for weight savings.
100% Responsibly Sourced Woodcores: All Jones woodcores are made with responsibly sourced wood. Every piece of wood we use in every board comes from a responsibly managed forest.
Laminates:
Triax Fiberglass: Multi-axis, stitched fiberglass laminate that offers a precise and responsive ride in any terrain or snow conditions.
BComp Carbon Flax Stringers: Bcomp Carbon / Flax stringers offer the perfect performance balance as the carbon provides crazy pop and the flax sucks up chatter and reduces CO₂ emissions compared to a full carbon stringer. Developed in collaboration with the Swiss engineering firm Bcomp.
Sidewalls:
Recycled ABS: ABS plastic is one of the necessary evils of snowboard production. Jones improves the sustainability of their snowboards by using only recycled plastic.

Sintered 8000 Base: Premium sintered base material that’s ultra fast, highly wax absorbent, easy to repair and proven to be one of the most durable and long lasting base materials in the industry.
Edges:
Recycled Edges: Bombproof edges made to be the strongest and longest-lasting on the market.
Topsheet:
Premium Topsheet: Durable and scratch resistant premium topsheet engineered to endure rigorous daily use in extreme conditions.
