Built for teens who've officially outgrown their kids' board and are ready for something with real bite, the Ronix Alpha Squad Sea Captain Wakesurf Board is a scaled-down version of the adult Koal Surface Sea Captain with a hybrid profile that works whether you lean surf or skim. Lightweight Standard Core construction keeps swing weight low so turns come easy, and the Button fin system makes swapping fins between sets about as hard as pressing a button, because that's literally all it takes.

Standard Core: The Standard for lightweight surfing with this endless summer building block new construction.
Shape:
Skimmer: A board designed to sacrifice some top water momentum for a ride that has the most feel with the water, allowing the rider to surf more like they are on a wakeskate. Use a shallow fin or no fin at all because the board has so much natural grip.
Thickness: Thin: Less is more. These cores are designed with a minimalist approach, keeping the purest form of surf in mind. For many riders lighter is better.

Machined EVA: High performance EVA built to withstand years of swells with as much traction as you can get out of foam. Most of these boards come with an arch support for your back foot, concave on your front foot for greater response, and an extra tall kicktail for added leverage.
Do Not Store in Boat Board Racks: evo does not recommend storing your wakesurfer in boat board racks. Many wakesurf boards are fragile and can be easily damaged by these racks, which is not covered under manufacturer warranty.
