The dreaded "clumping" of snow under your climbing skins is pretty much inevitable in certain condtions (i.e. skinning through above-freezing fresh snow in sunlight, then hopping into the trees where it's colder) but you can keep the glopping to a minimum by using Black Diamond Glop Stopper Skin Wax.
