Take the uniquely adaptable Triple Camber Twin Rocker shape, size it down to a 104mm waist, move the mount a bit forward, and substitute Beech wood for the Ash in the 112, and you've got a ski that rips like the regular DW, but designed for a firmer playground.

Rocker Type:

Triple Camber Twin Rocker: Rocker at the tip and tail, low center camber, and two sections of micro-camber embedded in front of and behind the binding. Rocker and low camber let the ski surf and slash in powder, while the micro-camber sections create focused edge pressure on hardpack for carving. Triple Camber Twin Rocker

Sidecut:

Dual Radius Sidecut

Core:

Poplar / Beech Wood Core: Full length, knot free, vertically laminated in house. Strong, damp and burly, beech provides the pinnacle of composure and calmness at the highest speeds in the most challenging conditions.

Laminates:

Carbon Fiber Hybrid Composite Structure: A custom blend of triaxial fiberglass and carbon fiber helps give this ski its torsional rigidity along with added longitudinal pop.

VDS Damping: Rubberized VDS foil is placed at strategic locations throughout the construction to increase bond strength and provide vibration damping for more stability and increased control.

Sidewalls:

ABS Sidewall: Extruded sidewalls constructed of modified Acrylonitrile-Butadiene-Styrene (ABS) provide stiffness, dampening, durability. Allow for more impact resistance and easier repairs that stay put so you can bring the abuse year after year, season after season.

Base:

7500 Series Carbon Base: Carbon infused sintered UHMWPE (Ultra High Molecular Weight PolyEthylene). Harder, faster and with better wax absorption and retention than extruded bases this is the industry leader for performance and longevity.

Edges:

2.2 Euro Edge: There are only handful of edge manufacturers in the world and Moment go straight to the source in Europe to offer the best edge possible. They do additional heat treating and bonding prep in house to make sure your edge stays sharper, lasts longer and can handle a beating.

Graphics:

Textured Nylon Topsheet: Moment use a textured nylon topsheet material enhanced with sublimated graphics‒a non-toxic and eco-friendly alternative to silkscreen. This topsheet material ensures optimal durability and impact resistance while maintaining crisp and bright graphics.

Binding Compatibility:

We recommend a brake width equal to or at most 15 mm wider than the ski waist width.
