The Pro FR can handle the gnarliest Alaskan descent; scale that down to powerful freeriding in adverse conditions anywhere else in the world, and the ride is like Bentley with brand-new shocks. Flow added a fully functional visco-elastic insert to the new pro Freedom Ride strap that beefs up the asymmetrical support and streamlines load directing. Add a gloss-painted chassis and out stiffest nylon highback and have a powerful link between rider and board. The baseplate footprint is 13% narrower, and thus lighter than last year’s model. Adjustable dual-density heel and forefoot land pads with a new highback interface pad design keep the ride smooth and the landings subtle.
