The Picture Organic Welcome Jacket is made with a bio-based Dryplay Biosource membrane, offering 20K waterproofing and breathability so you can charge hard no matter the conditions. Part of Picture's Expedition line, the Welcome Jacket also has fully taped seams, zippered vents and a powder skirt and is made from mostly recycled polyester.
