The Norrona Lofoten GORE-TEX Insulated Jacket features a fully recycled face fabric that's OEKO-TEX and bluesign approved, along with a 2L GORE-TEX lamination for optimal weather control in rain, snow and sleet. Two varying thicknesses of PrimaLoft® insulation ensure you stay warm when conditions demand it, with large X-Open side zips to easily dump heat.

bluesign® Approved Fabric: bluesign® tests and educates textile mills to eliminate harmful substances from the manufacturing process and sets control standards for a sustainable and safe production.
Waterproof & Breathable Membrane:
GORE-TEX 2L: A GORE-TEX 2-layer fabric is suitable for a wide range of activities, protected from the inside by a free hanging lining. A GORE-TEX membrane is laminated to the outer fabric providing a supple, light weight weather protection that is highly breathable, softer and quieter than GORE-TEX 3–layer.
Insulation:
PrimaLoft® Silver Eco: PrimaLoft® is a patented microfiber, that gives great thermal insulation to help the body maintain its temperature, minimizing energy loss. Extremely light, water repellent, soft and compressible, and originally developed by the US Army to replace natural down. As down absorbs moisture, it becomes wet and loses its thermal-insulating abilities. PrimaLoft® absorbs three times less water, is 14% warmer when dry and 24% warmer when wet, than the competitive insulation.
