Head Kore 105 Skis 2019

When the run opens up and it's time to point it, you're all over it, but first you have to survive the steep technical section at the top that's 20 feet wide. That sort of day calls for the special talents of the Head Kore 105 Skis, which in their short existence have garnered a reputation among chargers as a ski that combines light agility and stompin' straight line stability like no other. This ski loves speed and really comes alive above 25 mph, and the 105 mm width is money for daily driver duty in the high mountains.

Product Details

Rocker Type:
Rocker / Camber / Rocker
Core:
Karuba Light Wood Core: Karuba gives the Kore series skis their pop and personality. It's the perfect ratio of density and weight. The advantages of combining Karuba, Koroyd and Graphene enhance the ski, making it light and balanced.
Laminates:
Topless Tech: Head uses a polyester fleece rather than solid plastic topsheet material to create the lightest skis in their category.
Graphene: The strongest, lightest material known to man is fused into the Kore's tip and tail to make it lighter and more responsive in deep snow.
Koroyd: Super strong, elastic and incredibly light, this honeycomb material is at the heart of the GKC ski construction.
Carbon Glass Fiber / Carbon
Sidewalls:
Sandwich Cap Construction: Head takes the basic framework from the world cup sandwich and place a cap that just wraps over the top edge of the sidewall to make the ski more suitable for all mountain skiing. Bomber construction with a rounded top edge makes for one incredible all-country ski.
Split Sidewalls
Base:
Structured UHM C Base: The same high quality material used in Head's world-leading race skis is used here. Different structured running base for all conditions.
Binding Compatibility:
We recommend a brake width equal to or at most 15 mm wider than the ski waist width.
