Tecnica Zero G Tour Scout Alpine Touring Ski Boots 2020

The Tecnica Zero G Tour Scout Alpine Touring Ski Boots take the place of last season's Zero G Guide in the lineup, and aim for better pure touring performance (as opposed to "crossover" performance). Lighter, arguably stiffer, and with a redesigned walk mode and non-replaceable ISO 9523 sole, the Tour Scout looks to be a "best buy" in the sub-1500 gram touring boot segment, and seems assured of a "best skiing touring boot" award as the season progresses.

Fit:
Last: 99 mm: Performance average fit for people with normal width and volume feet.
Bootfitter's Notes: Almost identical to the previous Zero G/Cochise fit for those familiar with those boots.
C.A.S. Shell: Custom Adaptive Shape shells are anatomically formed around the heel and problem areas at the factory. Common punch zones are plainly marked with a dot grid pattern on the shell, and the new polyether and Triax 3.0 shell materials offer improved stability when heated. C.A.S. Shell
C.A.S. Grindable Boot Board: The removable C.A.S. boot board offers plenty of thickness for grinding and a grid pattern for reference. C.A.S. Grindable Boot Board
