Aluminum Alloy Frame: Santa Cruz continues to offer most of their models in aluminum because it delivers a rocker solid ride experience at a great price. All Santa Cruz VPP® aluminum bikes mirror the same geometry (and paint jobs) as their carbon siblings.
130 mm VPP® Suspension: Virtual Pivot Point (VPP®) is based on the patented principle of having two short links rotating in opposite directions. The beauty of VPP® suspension is that the short links allow Santa Cruz to create compact tidy suspension designs. Combine that with large diameter pivot axles running on angular contact bearings and you get the integrity, responsiveness and precision that Santa Cruz frames are famous for.
Fox Float Performance: The design of the Fox Float Performance shock offers excellent bump absorption and firm lockout. A Dual Piston System (DPS) damper is equipped with three position settings to match any terrain.
