We've tried the Lange XT 130 Freetour LV Ski Boots and they're for real. With a significantly lighter lower shell of Grilamid, and an upper cuff of Polyolefine HP, the LV version comes in at 1790 grams per boot (our scale), has a more relaxed fit than usual for a 97 mm Lange shell, skis absurdly well, and has a smooth and dependable walk mode. The XT Freetour has an all-new Ultralon (the foam made famous by Intuition®) liner that gives you slightly more instep room and responds well to heat molding, plus full time molded in Dynafit® certified tech fittings. This boot ships with Lange WTR (Walk-to-Ride) soles and is compatible with WTR, MNC, Sole ID, and tech bindings.
