Official Rules
Promotion Period: October 23–25, 2026
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID IN RHODE ISLAND AND WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
1. Eligibility
The evo Win Your Cart promotion (the “Promotion”) is open to legal residents of the United States, excluding Rhode Island, and the District of Columbia, who are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is older, at the time of entry.
Employees of Evolucion Innovations, Inc. (“evo” or the “Sponsor”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child or sibling, regardless of where they live) and individuals residing in the same household, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate.
The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void in Rhode Island and wherever prohibited by law.
2. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins on Friday, October 23, 2026, at 12:01 a.m. Pacific Time (PT) and ends on Sunday, October 25, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. PT (the “Promotion Period”).
All qualifying cart activity must occur during the Promotion Period. evo’s server clock is the official timekeeping device for the Promotion.
3. How to Enter
To enter the Promotion:

Visit evo.com during the Promotion Period and create or sign into your free evo account.

Actively select the checkbox to receive promotional marketing emails from evo, either during account creation or in your account communication preferences. The checkbox must be selected by the customer and must not be pre-checked. Customers with an existing, verifiable promotional email subscription do not need to subscribe again.

While signed in, add at least one product to your shopping cart during the Promotion Period.
To qualify, your shopping cart must contain at least one unpurchased product when the Promotion Period ends on October 25, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. PT.
No additional action is required to save or submit your cart.
Customers who complete the required account and cart activity and have an affirmative promotional email opt-in on record will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Promotion, subject to verification.
No purchase, payment or checkout is required to enter or win.
Existing evo account holders are eligible to participate by signing into their accounts, confirming or selecting their promotional email subscription preference, and adding a product to their cart during the Promotion Period.
Qualifying Shopping Carts

Has at least one product added during the Promotion Period.

Contains at least one unpurchased product at the end of the Promotion Period.

Can be identified and verified through evo’s account and shopping-cart records.

Is associated with a customer who affirmatively opted into evo promotional marketing emails before the end of the Promotion Period, either previously or during the Promotion Period.
Products added before the Promotion Period do not independently qualify an account for entry unless at least one additional product is added during the Promotion Period.
Customers may add or remove products during the Promotion Period. A cart that is empty when the Promotion Period ends will not qualify for the drawing.
A purchase does not increase an entrant’s chances of winning. Purchasing some products does not disqualify an otherwise eligible entry, provided the cart continues to meet the qualifying requirements at the close of the Promotion Period.
The number, type and value of products in a qualifying cart do not affect the odds of winning.
Entry Limits
Limit one (1) entry per person during the Promotion Period, regardless of the number of accounts, shopping carts, products added or purchases.
All eligible entries will be included in a single random drawing.
evo reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify duplicate, fraudulent or otherwise ineligible entries as described in Section 7.
These Official Rules will be accessible through the Promotion’s customer communications and on evo.com during the Promotion Period.
Agreement to these Official Rules and consent to receive promotional marketing emails are separate actions. Promotional email consent is not granted merely by entering the Promotion or reading or accepting these Official Rules.
4. Prizes
Three (3) winners will each receive one (1) $1,000 USD evo electronic gift card.

Each person may win a maximum of one prize. No more than three (3) prizes will be awarded.
Gift cards may be redeemed for eligible merchandise at evo.com or participating evo retail stores in the United States, subject to evo’s applicable gift card terms and conditions.
Gift cards do not expire and cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law.
Prizes are nontransferable and may not be sold or traded. No substitutions are permitted, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a prize becomes unavailable or cannot reasonably be fulfilled, subject to applicable law.
Gift card prizes are not dependent on the contents or value of the winning customer’s shopping cart. Winners may use their gift cards toward eligible purchases in accordance with the applicable gift card terms.
Winners are solely responsible for any applicable federal, state and local taxes associated with their prizes. Where required by law, evo will report prize value to tax authorities, and winners may be required to provide appropriate tax documentation.
No payment to Sponsor is required to claim a prize.
5. Winner Selection
Three (3) potential winners will be selected through a random drawing conducted by evo on Wednesday, October 28, 2026.
Following the close of the Promotion Period, evo will identify qualifying shopping carts associated with eligible evo accounts.
Each eligible person will receive one entry into the drawing, regardless of the number or value of products in their cart.
Three (3) potential winners will be randomly selected from the pool of eligible entries.
Each eligible entry has an equal chance of winning. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
The drawing will be conducted using a documented random selection process administered by evo.
evo will maintain a record of the drawing, including the date, selection method, number of eligible entries and selected entries, including any alternates.
Potential winners must satisfy all eligibility requirements before being confirmed as winners.
Winners do not need to be present for the drawing.
6. Winner Notification and Prize Fulfillment
Potential winners will be notified by email at the address associated with their evo account within two (2) business days following the drawing.
Entrants are responsible for maintaining a current and accurate email address associated with their evo account.
Potential winners must respond within five (5) calendar days of the notification being sent and provide any information reasonably required to verify eligibility and claim their prize.
Potential winners may also be required to sign and return a declaration of eligibility and, where permitted by law, a release relating to the acceptance and use of the prize within the same five (5) calendar day period.
If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the specified timeframe, declines the prize, does not return required documentation, is determined to be ineligible or has not complied with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and evo may select an alternate potential winner through a random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.
This process may be repeated until all three prizes are awarded, subject to applicable law.
Confirmed winners will receive their electronic gift cards by email within ten (10) business days following eligibility verification.
7. Entry Verification and Fair Participation
evo reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify individuals who attempt to interfere with the fair administration of the Promotion.
This includes creating multiple accounts to obtain additional entries, submitting entries under multiple identities, providing false information or using bots, scripts or other automated methods to circumvent entry limits.
Entries will be determined using evo’s account and affirmative promotional email subscription records, and shopping-cart records.
To verify the email opt-in requirement, evo may rely on its consent records, including the date, time, source and current or historical status of an affirmative subscription selection. Consent must not be inferred solely from account creation, sign-in, cart activity or participation in the Promotion.
evo’s records will be used to establish whether a customer completed qualifying activity during the Promotion Period and had a qualifying shopping cart when entries closed.
If an individual is found to have obtained more than one entry, evo may disqualify some or all of that individual’s entries.
In the event of a dispute over the identity of an entrant, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the evo account. The authorized account holder is the natural person assigned that email address by the provider responsible for it.
Potential winners may be required to provide proof that they are the authorized account holder.
evo is not responsible for cart activity or entries that cannot be verified due to technical failures, incomplete account information or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control, except where liability cannot be excluded by applicable law.
All decisions regarding entry eligibility and winner selection will be made in accordance with these Official Rules and applicable law and will be final to the extent permitted by law.
8. Privacy and Marketing Communications
Personal information used in connection with the Promotion will be processed for purposes including administering the Promotion, verifying eligibility, selecting and notifying winners, and distributing prizes.
Information will be handled in accordance with evo’s Privacy Policy:
As proposed, eligibility also requires customers to actively opt into evo promotional marketing emails by selecting the email subscription checkbox when creating an account or in their existing account preferences, unless evo already has a verifiable affirmative subscription on record. Selecting the box is a separate affirmative action; it is not automatic from participation or acceptance of these Official Rules. This eligibility condition is subject to legal and privacy approval.
Customers who have opted in may receive promotional emails, product updates and offers from evo. They can withdraw marketing consent at any time using an unsubscribe link or applicable account preferences. Withdrawal of consent after a qualifying entry is recorded will not invalidate that entry or affect prize eligibility.
evo will maintain evidence of affirmative opt-in and honor applicable opt-out and suppression requests. Sweepstakes administration and prize notification emails will be handled separately from promotional marketing where required by law.
9. General Conditions
By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree to comply with these Official Rules, subject to applicable law.
If there is any inconsistency between these Official Rules and any Promotion advertising or materials, these Official Rules will govern.
evo’s failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
evo reserves the right to suspend, modify or cancel the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized interference or circumstances beyond its reasonable control compromise the integrity or proper administration of the Promotion.
If the Promotion cannot proceed as originally planned, evo may select winners from eligible entries received before the interruption using a fair random selection process, where legally permitted.
evo is not responsible for technical failures, lost or misdirected electronic communications, incomplete or inaccurate entry information, interrupted website access, unauthorized interference or human or technical errors in the administration of the Promotion or processing of entries, except where responsibility or liability cannot be excluded by applicable law.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, by accepting a prize, each winner releases evo and its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents, from claims arising out of participation in the Promotion or the acceptance or use of the prize, except claims arising from evo’s negligence, willful misconduct or other conduct for which liability cannot be excluded by law.
Participation in the Promotion does not grant evo permission to use a winner’s name, image or likeness in advertising or promotional materials. evo may request separate written consent for publicity purposes, which winners may decline without affecting their prize.
These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of the Promotion will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
If any provision of these Official Rules is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
Nothing in these Official Rules limits consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
