Delete My Data

Certain state privacy laws give residents the right to request deletion of their personal information. evo honors this request from all customers, regardless of state of residence.

You can request that evo delete your personal data, including your account information, purchase history, and marketing profile (email and SMS).

What happens when you submit this request:

• Your account and contact information will be deleted
• If you're an evo member, your loyalty account and any points balance will be forfeited as part of this process
• You'll be unsubscribed and removed from our email and SMS marketing communications
• Your data will be removed from our internal records

Before you submit:

• This action cannot be undone. Any loyalty points or rewards balance will be lost.
• We verify each request against the account on file before processing.
• You'll receive an immediate email confirming we've received your request, and a second email once it's been completed, typically within 10 business days.

If you have an open order, some data related to that order may be retained as required for tax, accounting, or legal purposes, even after your account is deleted.
