As Wakeskating continuously evolves and demands more from each athlete, the rider has to get the most from their skate. Brian has always demanded the most of himself and has spent the past season developing the Hyperlite Model G Wakeskate. Working closely with shaper Scott Bouchard, the Hyperlite Model G Wakeskate comes in at 42” weighing 11& ¾ lbs. Increasing the decks overall profile provides a larger more consistent pop off all wake sizes and boosts ollie power when approaching rails and drops. The weight is achieved by an internal system strategically placed so the deck’s rotational axis stays true. Hyperlite went to town on the top deck, pushing the concaves to their outer most points and covering the deck with a pure grip tape top delivering more room to control and feel the board. A blended 3-stage rocker combined with tip and tail channels maintain the Grubb & Butch feel you’ve come to love, but overall this is a vastly improved skate you must jump on!
Blended 3-Stage Rocker – gives the board more pop, but is blended to maintain great speed into the wake for natural carving and stay soft and responsive on landings

Wide Overall Profile
Layered Glass – Overtime, woven glass fibers will separate. A deck with layered glass will have the same snap on a double after 5 seasons as it will on the first one
Dual Tip/Tail Channels – provides water flow underneath the base allowing smoother turning and glide with less drag
