The Nordica Strider 95 W DYN Alpine Touring Ski Boots are ideal for adventure-ready ladies seeking all day comfort and reliable backcountry performance. Dynafit® tech inserts, Michelin® Rubber Soles, and Grilamid® shell construction give the Striders tons of freeride capability, and a 46˚ range of motion means they have a serious penchant for the climb. Infrared Fit Technology makes it easy for your bootfitter to tweak the boot for a fit you can rep all day long, so whether you're tearing up the resort or bombing the back bowls, the Strider 95s help you walk the walk.
Last: 100 mm – Mid-range fit to accommodate most feet.
Infrared Fit Technology – Nordica created a customization technology that would work with the shell construction. An infrared lamp heats up the shell in problem areas that can later be pulled out using the Nordica Suction device. The boot won't be damaged by the heating element, and the process eliminates mistakes in customization.
Tri-Fit Customization – Tri-Fit customization is the next level in truly personalizing ski boots. By focusing on the shell, the liner and the key hardware components, Nordica was able to create an easy to use technology that seamlessly and comfortably connects the foot with the liner and shell. The key to unlocking this technology is the Infrared Shell Customization Heating Element used in conjunction with the Nordica Custom Cork Liner system and oven. These two technologies allow 100% customization of both the liner and boot shell only in the areas where it’s needed to achieve to the perfect fitting ski boot.
Flex: 95
Laced 3D Cork Fit with PrimaLoft® Lite – 3D pre-shaped, heat-moldable liner with Cork Fit ankle pocket and PrimaLoft® insulation.
Shell – Grilamid®
Cuff – Triax
Lightweight Tri Force Construction – Three different types of plastic combine to deliver maximum comfort, performance and ease of use. The Triax cuff is 20% lighter than one made from PU, while the super stiff sole and spine transmit energy precisely and directly to the skis. A softer shell and cuff wrap comfortably around the foot and lower leg for a snugger, comfier and more precise fit.
Hike Mechanism | 46° Range of Motion – The Strider's Hike/Ride system is engineered with lightweight materials and is designed with a greater offset distance from its spine pivot point to its locked position in alpine mode. This greater offset distance structurally supports the fore and aft forces of alpine skiing, channeling power to the edges of your skis, while providing a high degree of mobility.
Lightweight Buckles – Each buckle weights 37.5g vs the 53g of a conventional buckle. A wire bail further reduces weight while closing the boot snugly and firmly in place.
Lightweight Mesh Power Strap – Unique mesh construction with weight-saving cut-outs. Beefy, 45mm width enhances shin contact for a snugger fit and more precise and direct steering.
Michelin Rubber Technical Soles – Dynafit compatible Gripwalk touring soles are lugged and rockered for walking functionality and feature integrated metal tech fittings for use with pin-tech bindings. Nordica co-labeled with the R&D department from Michelin tires to design an extremely durable and grippy boot sole by using state of the art rubber compounds and tread designs.
Waterproof Weather Shield – Locks out the wet and cold, keeps feet dry and warm.
