An all-terrain vehicle for uninhibited backcountry exploration, the Jones Solution Splitboard is one of those boards that you'll feel comfortable on in any conditions. The blunt nose, Directional Rocker profile, and inner/outer edge Traction Tech keep you locked in while the lightweight Master Core and Web Fused Carbon stringers keep things lightweight and stable. To eliminate base hardware and create a stronger connection, the Solution Splitboard features a Boltless Bridge and always-trusty Karakoram Ultra Clips.
Directional Rocker – A hybrid rocker/camber flex pattern defined by more tip rocker then tail rocker and camber between the bindings. The rockered tip floats the board's nose and improves maneuverability while the camber underfoot provides edge hold and response. A slightly rockered tail maintains the power and stability of a traditional board but helps keep the tail catch-free initiating turns and landing switch.

Directional Shape
Progressive Sidecut – At the far ends of the sidecut, the radius is incrementally increased as the edge reaches the contact point. Gradually increasing the sidecut radius towards the contact point delivers smoother turn initiation and exit as the edge tracks in and out of the snow with a less abrupt transition.
Inside & Outside Traction Tech 2.0 – Like a serrated knife slicing into the snow, Traction Tech improves your edge grip by adding multiple contact points along the running length of your board.
Blunt Nose – "How a board glides in powder, crust, corn or any snow more than an inch deep is dictated by it's front contact point and just past it. Next time you are in soft snow watch how much snow comes over the corner of the nose near the contact point. The billowing snow coming out from behind the tip means you are plowing through it which is obviously slowing you down. By adding a blunt nose you get the float benefits of a much longer nose without the 'snow plow' rounded tip and it's extra swing weight." - Jeremy Jones
Control Split Core – Dual-density full premium wood core designed specifically for splitboards. 2:1 paulownia to poplar stringer ratio keeps core light yet ultra damp.
Carbon Stringers – Carbon stringers add torsional stiffness for improved response and increased pop. Carbon layer keeps flex profile dimensionally stable for a consistent ride for the lifetime of the board.
Triax Fiberglass – Multi-axis, stitched fiberglass laminate that offers a precise and responsive ride in any terrain or snow conditions.
Stainless Steel Reinforcement – Stainless steel plates are embedded into the nose and tail for improved board tip durability.
Recycled Black ABS – ABS plastic is one of the necessary evils of snowboard production. Jones improves the sustainability of their snowboards by using only recycled plastic.
Sintered 9900 Base – Made from Ultra-High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMW-PE) and Carbon. This ultra-fast base is easy to repair thanks to the UHMW-PE.
Flip Flop Base – Flip-Flop bases improve board sustainability by reducing p-tex waste.
Oversized Recycled Edges – All Jones boards are made with oversized recycled steel edges for added durability and improved production sustainability.
Textured ECO-Plastic Topsheet – Bio-plastic topsheet made from Castor beans featuring a subtle texture for added durability. This eco-material is ultralight, chip/scratch resistant and water/snow repellent (snow sticks less to topsheet).

Quick Tension Tail – All Jones splitboards (except Discovery Split) now feature a notch cut into the tail of both skis that allows the Quick Tension Tail Clip fastener to simply slide into the notch and secure the skin.
Wend Natural Wax – Jones boards are ready to shred straight out of the shop and are factory waxed with WEND natural wax.
Factory Tuned – All Jones snowboards are factory de-tuned at the tip and tail so you can go right from the shop to the mountain.
Karakoram Ultra Clips – Ultra clips are the strongest, lowest profile splitboard clips in the world. They deliver unmatched compression between board halves and they are adjustable so you can maintain even compression as your splitboard ages.
Bolt-Less Bridge – The Bolt-Less Bridge eliminates split clip attachment hardware from the base of the board by re-profiling the wood core at the clips. The wood core under the clips is thicker providing better torsional stiffness and a more powerful connection at the split clips.

Bolstered by a Glide Tech coating and laminated rubber backing, the Jones Nomad Pro Quick Tension Splitboard Skins offer top-level performance and longevity, not to mention they're super quick and easy to put on/take off. While all-nylon and all-mohair skins have their respective drawbacks, the Nomad Pro's blended fiber makeup (70% Mohair / 30% Nylon) offers an ideal balance of both efficient gliding and reliable grip. Experience smoother, faster transitions and get to the top more efficiently with the Jones Nomad Pro Quick Tension Splitboard Skins.
70% Mohair / 30% Nylon – Jones Nomad and Nomad PRO climbing skins are both made with a blend of 70% natural mohair fiber and 30% synthetic nylon. The mohair offers unmatched glide and a supple skin feel while the nylon improves grip and water repellency.
Universal Tip Clip
Quick Tension Tail Clip – The Quick Tension Tail Clip is a lightweight tail clip system designed to fit all 2016 and newer Jones splitboards (except Discovery). Jones splitboards have a notch cut into the tail of both skis that allows the Quick Tension Tail Clip to simply slide into the notch and secure the skin. New for 2018, the Quick Tension Clip has been completely redesigned and now features a durable rubber tail strap and compact metal clip.
Glide Tech – Glide Tech coating reduces friction on each skin fiber so neither super-cold fresh snow or wet, hot snow will stick to the skin and rob energy-saving glide.
Rubber Safer Skins – Jones Nomad PRO skins are laminated with a rubber backing that prevents skins from getting waterlogged. Drier skins are safer as they are less likely to lose adhesion to your skis in critical situations.
Ever Dry – Jones skins are treated with Ever Dry anti-glopping treatment. The coating keeps the skins from absorbing moisture and prevents snow/ice build-up under the skin.
Grip Tech – Grip Tech skins are made with a special material that works well under dynamic tension and has a high resistance to twisting and abrasion.
Includes 1 Pair of Nomad Pro Skins, 2 Backing Sheets, 1 Skin Bag, and 1 Cheat Sheet.
9 Pre-Cut Sizes – See size chart for the size that corresponds to your specific board model and board length.
Fits all 2016 and newer Jones splitboards (except Discovery).

Spark R&D Surge Splitboard Bindings are built for backcountry performance, pure and simple. They're lightweight, durable, and uncomplicated, so you can get to the matter at hand: laying waste to all that pow. They feature Spark's Tesla T1 technology, a marvel of practical simplicity. Just snap the toe ramp down and you're connected. In ride or tour mode, there's no wiggle, no jiggle. Say goodbye to lost pins and frozen fingers, this is a true gloves-on transition situation. The Surge is beefier than the Arc, with a solid baseplate design, but is by no means heavy. Clever without being too smart for its own good, it features the integrated Whammy Bar and stiffer Flip'N'Rip highbacks with more supportive straps. All of this adds up to a dialed and bombproof splitboard binding. The women's Surge is truly female-specific, with a smaller baseplate and a unique heel cup that better fits a woman's boot, and highbacks designed for women's frames. Spark R&D has paved the way, the rest is up to you.
Tesla T1 System – Tesla T1 bindings slide sideways into the offset touring brackets and are locked into place with the snap ramp. No pins, no cables, no fiddle factor.
Whammy Bar Climbing Wire – A single built-in fatty climbing wire with a side arm lever. You can switch easily from stowed, to low (12°), to high (18°) climbing positions and back again while touring, thanks to the T1 Heel Rest.
Snap to Ride – T1 bindings slide across pucks utilizing the snap ramp to lock into place for a tight ride down.
CNC Machined Aluminum – Built for big days on big lines, the Surge's solid baseplate design is preferred by heavier and more aggressive riders. Still quite lightweight, it offers maximum control and durability.
Pillow Line Straps – Surge Pillow Line Straps are lightweight - 53% lighter than their fabric strap predecessors. They are ultradurable, comfortable, waterproof, one-piece molded construction, and made 100% in-house. Strap pillows are thin and flexible for a comfortable, conformed fit, while thicker ribs are held off the boot and provide stiffness for a uniquely responsive ride.
Burton Buckles – All straps incorporate Burton's bomber buckles. Ladders and adjusters are produced in-house with unique thermoplastics that maintain flex over a wide temperature range, performing well on spring tours as well as sub-zero suffer fests.
Rip 'N' Flip Highback – The Surge highback has a high amount of glass fiber fill for a stiff ride and maximum response. The tool free forward lean adjuster (FLAD) offers complete customization from 0° to 22° in ride mode. The Forward Lean Adjuster toggles easily between forward lean position and -13° touring position for easy transitions.
