Are you a surfer at heart who fills that void with riding? Try out the Flow Stout Snowboard and you may forget the water below you is frozen. This wide line of boards is made to carve and surf over a variety of terrain. The medium flex paired with the width keep this board playful and friendly, even though it can still bomb. With the I-ROCK rocker, the reverse camber gives your stability from open glades of faceshots to chundery chutes, yet you also get that camber-like pop. A board that carves and floats, the Flow Stout Snowboard is the directional board to add to your quiver.
I-ROCK – Hybrid reverse camber with a convex base for stability in variable conditions. Rocker profile combined with camber starting before the binding zones, I-ROCK provides camber-like pop.
Medium Flex – 5 (1-10 Rating System)
Directional – More nose than tail, setback insert pattern, sidecut and flex for more pop off the tail and better float in powder.
Progressive Dual-Transitional (PDT) – The 3 stage sidecut features flat sections in the binding area and a different radius between the feet that is mellow for Pow-Rock or tight for Pow-Cam. Combined with progressive arc and mellow tips, PDT delivers a surfy ride with unparalleled grip.
Re-Flex Core – A light and responsive woodcore with an optimal strength-to-weight ratio. This specifically profiled core fuses several species of poplar woods together resulting in a more stable, light, and snappy feel.
BiAxial – The special configuration of BiAxial glass design creates a smooth yet responsive feel and provides longitudinal pop and torsional freedom for easier turns and a naturally easy riding board.
Carbon 7 (Single Carbon Stringer) – 7 carbon stringers centrally stitched directly into the fiberglass makes for a soft to mid flexing board with quick response.
Urethane Sidewall – The Urethane sidewall is fused directly to the woodcore and the newly designed shape is optimized to reduce vibration, absorb impacts, and increase edge hold.
Urethane Base – The Urethane base inserts are positioned between the woodcore and base material. These inserts allow the board to adapt to terrain, absorb impacts, and reduce chatter.
Sintered – A highly porous and durable base. Excellent wax absorption for a smooth glide and great performance.
Urethane Topsheet – Urethane inserts placed under the toe and heel areas reduce chatter, absorb impacts, and increase edge hold. Updated shape of inserts for 17/18 season improve the fit under the bindings.
Kush-Control – Flow Kush-Control Technology consists of 3 urethane features strategically placed in the base, sidewall, and topsheet to create a smooth and strong snowboard.Urethane has superior bonding properties. The dampening properties of urethane act like skateboard wheels and provide you the smoothest ride possible.
