Backcountry skiing isn't your pappy's mellow butt-wiggling in gentle glades anymore (though it can be) - people are getting after it and demanding performance that at least resembles their alpine skis. At the same time, skis have to be light enough to carry you up the hill for hours at a time. Enter the G3 SEEKr 100 Skis, a more playful version of the much lauded FINDr series, using the same Paulownia-Poplar-Triaxial Carbon Fiber construction but with less camber and a more pronounced tail rocker. The SEEKr 100 is more fun than a backpack full of monkeys, ideal in tight spots and trees, and still uber light. These are the skis you're SEEKing.

Slight Camber with Early Rise Tip and Tail – Built to be playful in the turn while remaining stable in variable conditions. The longer early rise in the tip and tail allows for smearability while the slight camber underfoot maintains stability and inspires confidence at speed.
Core
Flyride Plus Construction – G3’s progressive FLYRIDE PLUS construction balances low weight with ultra-high performance in the field. To dampen the inherent stiffness and chatter from a full carbon fibre layup, FLYRIDE PLUS uses polyurethane sidewalls - the same material you would find in a medium hardness skateboard wheel. This flexible material eliminates gaps in the edge layup and gives a smooth, subtle feel on the descent.

All-Mountain All-mountain skis are designed to handle anything you throw at them including powder, ice, groomers, steeps, heavy snow, and everything in between, but they aren’t necessarily a master of any one terrain. If you’re only going to own one ski to do it all, this is what you want. All-mountain skis generally have what we call mid-fat waists that range from 80-110 mm. Alpine Touring Also known as backcountry skis, alpine touring (AT) skis are designed for going uphill as well as downhill. These skis are typically light for their width and many feature fittings that accept climbing skins. AT skis vary in width and weight, with the wider heavier versions usually used for winter/deep snow touring and the skinnier, lighter skis usually used for spring/summer/long distance touring.

Rocker/Camber/Rocker Rocker/Camber/Rocker skis have the playfulness and float of a rockered ski as well as the added edge hold of a cambered ski. The contact points on skis with this profile are closer towards the middle of the ski than a fully cambered ski, but still not underfoot. The cambered midsection provides a longer effective edge on hardpack, increasing edge hold and stability, while the rockered tip and tail provide floatation in deeper snow and allow the ski to initiate and release from turns easier.
