With a 115mm waist and a lightweight yet burly, dual Titanal-reinforced construction, the Faction Dictator 4.0 Skis were made for charging off cliffs into deep, steep, and powdery landings. A long sidecut in the tail provides straightline-worthy stability while the shorter sidecut and rocker in the tip provide a relatively nimble feel when the run outs are spicy. Ski that steep, technical line you've been eyeing for years, float through the fresh, and blast through the afternoon chunder with the authoritative Faction Dictator 4.0 Skis.
Rocker / Flat / Rocker – 380mm rocker in the tip, 2mm underfoot, and 320mm in the tail.
Stiff Flex – 9/10 - Designed to provide bite and stability in steep terrain and variable snow.
Dual-Radius Sidecut – Borrowed from world cup race skis, two different radii on the one ski - a tighter radius forward of the boot center coupled with a 20% larger sidecut behind - lets Faction increase the edge-to-edge responsiveness so you can carve short turns whilst retaining high speed stability and control through the tail of the ski.
Paulownia / Poplar Core – A lightweight wood core with excellent responsiveness and rebound, complimenting and offsetting the two full layers of Titanal metal that they sandwich on either side of it.
Dual Titanal – Equally strong in all directions, Titanal's strength and isotropic qualities mean that the ski loves being on edge, blasts through bumps and feels stable even in changeable snow.
Microcap Construction – Sandwich construction provides awesome edge hold while the ski's topsheet wraps around and meets the sidewall, adding durability to the fragile join that can be prone to chipping.
Brushed Topsheet
We recommend a brake width equal to or at most 15 mm wider than the ski waist width.
