Filmmaker, artist, surfer, pioneer, legend: all of these words have been used to describe Eric Pollard over the years. From pioneering switch skiing in powder, to producing prolific ski movies and redefining what it means to be a professional athlete, EP has certainly left his mark on skiing and beyond. With the Line Pescado, we can also add visionary to that list. Bucking the trends of his previous designs, Eric set out to create a truly directional ski: one with a slid-back mounting point and a heavy swallow tail. Drawing obvious influence from fishtail surfboards and snowboards, the Pescado is designed to surf the earth, cut loose on the natural arcs and waves of the mountains, and truly allow the skier to use their own interpretation of skiing to ink an indelible mark on the terrain. Snag the Line Skis Pescado Skis, and carve your own path.
Early Rise™ – The rise of the tip and tail begin earlier as the ski profile moves away from center, making for easier turn initiation and helping to get the skis up on plane more quickly. This also means effortless float in softer snow.
Rocker Profile – 20 mm Tip / 4 mm Camber / 1 mm Tail
Directional Flex™ – The softer tip floats & initiates turns easily while the stiffer tail provides power, stability & high speed control.
Soft Flex – Designed to turn the mountain into the white wave. Surfy, soft flex that is meant to carve a line, rather than charge it.
Thin Tip™ – Super thin core & sidewall in the tips are 100 grams lighter per pair for reduced swing weight & tip bounce.
Early Taper™ – The widest part of the sidecut begins tapering earlier in the tip and tail which reduces tail hook ups in powder.
Aggressive Swallowtail Design – Tail cutouts force the tail of the ski into the snow, creating a dive-free, surfy feel.
Partly Cloudy – A blend of lightweight wood creating the best strength-to-weight ratio in Line's offerings.
Bamboo – Bamboo walls over the edges absorbs vibrations for maximum durability for a smooth, stable feel without feeling sluggish.

There's little argument among top skiers that the Look Pivot bindings provide the best elasticity and safety margin in the industry, and the Look Pivot 14 Dual WTR Ski Bindings deliver both in spades, along with dual compatibility for both ISO Alpine and WTR rockered boot soles. If you crave the performance and security of the Pivot but simply cannot justify the Pivot 18, the Look Pivot 14 Dual WTR Ski Bindings are for you.
180˚ Multi-Directional Release – A true mechanical upward release that functions independently from the heel for the most effective multi-directional protection in the case of a fall.
Toe Lateral Elasticity – 45 mm
Dual Standard Concept – Look strategically reinforced the toe housing, increased the toe ramp, elongated the toe-wings, and created a toe that is compatible with both ISO 5355 Alpine soles and WTR (Walk-to-Ride) rockered soles.
Heel Vertical Elasticity – 28 mm
7 Points of Contact – More points of contact with the boot results in superior lateral energy transmission with better response, control and snow feel.
Turntable Heel – Look's unique turntable heel design provides shock absorption and unmatched smoothness and consistency for lateral release.
Short Mounting Zone – Placing the heel screws under the boot sole shortens the mount zone considerably, letting the ski flex more naturally.
Ramp° – 0.2°
