The new and improved Press is fully re-engineered for 2013 and remains the best valued twin tip ski around. Built with a strong wood core, a super low swing weight, and K2’s Jib Rocker™; you will experience a snappy pop off the lip, spin without hucking, and never worry about hooking your edges during switch-ups. This combination of performance, forgiveness and durability all at a modest price point can only be found on the K2 Press Skis.
Jib Rocker™ Featuring an elevated tip and tail, with zero camber underfoot, Jib Rocker offers the right amount of playfulness for butters and surface tricks, while at the same time providing enhanced pop for unmatched ollie power.
Park Flex Pattern Softer at the nose and tail, while being stiffer underfoot, for added stability and pop
Directional Taper A moderately wider tip than tail maximizes the ski’s performance in the forward direction - this means the ski makes a slightly different arc when skiing switch.
Aspen Core Solid and dense, this wood is known for its inherent strength and durability.
Cap Construction A durable, lightweight, and softer contruction
Swap Base Ski bases are made with inverse colors so that less material is wasted.
3.5 mm edges are thicker and far more resistant to cracking.
**Please note that base colors will alternate and may not arrive exactly as pictured.
Tip/Tail Hardware Rivets for durability
Marker M2 10.0 Bindings This beginner to intermediate binding integrates with the M2 Plate for a more effective transfer of power from the boot to the ski for better control and confidence.
