Flylow chooses from nylons and polyester face fabrics, then pairs them with high-performing DWR and 20k/20k or 10k/10k membranes to maximize the performance of every product.

High Performance DWR (Durable Water Repellent) Finish – All of Flylow's exterior shells and midlayers are treated with a DWR coating, which stops precipitation from soaking into the fibers of a product's face fabric, aiding in quick fabric dry times and helping you stay dry and warm in storms. All of Flylow's technical garments will retain 80% water repellency after 20 washes.

500 Denier Cordura Reinforcements – This tough canvas-like cloth fabric, which is often used as pack cloth in the military, adds durability, abrasion resistance, and hardiness to the knees and cuffs of Flylow pants. High-grade Cordura prevents the bottom of your ski pants from getting torn and shredded.

10k Waterproofing / 10k Breathability

40g YetiLoft™ Micropuff Synthetic Down Insulation – Flylow's micropuff synthetic down insulation, called Yetiloft™, was designed to maintain warmth in highly packable form. To create this insulation, Flylow removed the film standard synthetic pile used to maintain form and instead designed their stitch patterns to control the fill. The result is packability without sacrificing warmth. Yetiloft was developed to perform well in wet situation where down may not be the best option.
