Two years in, and the Atomic Backland Carbon Alpine Touring Ski Boots still rule the roost, having proven their weight in Grilamid many times over. A fairly narrow-lasted boot that can be Memory Fit heat customized to fit most average or even wider than average feet, the Backland Carbon has an insanely smooth 74˚ range of cuff motion and a removable tongue that will inspire big days and help fuel those grand ski touring objectives.

Backland Platinum Liner – This liner features perforated, waterproof engineering that lets excess heat and moisture escape, keeping your feet drier, warmer and less prone to blisters. It’s 100% safe to hand wash to keep the liner odor free. Plus it’s heat moldable for a fully personalized fit and features special support zones in the calf, ankle and tongue for superb downhill performance.

Free/Lock 2.0 Walk Mechanism – The Free/Lock 2.0 lever and Frictionless Pivots provide a smooth 74˚ of cuff movement. Plus 13°-15° adjustable forward lean for skiing.
