Ten Thumbs Up!!!
I'm a Freestyle Ski Instructor at Sipapu Ski Resort in New Mexico. I use these on all my twin tips. Most of our demo skis in the rental shop are using either Marker Griffon or Marker Squire bindings.

I got a pair of these for my 14 yr old son who weighs 115. He has to lift the rear with his hands to get into them but HE swears it's worth it for the light weight and solid transfer of energy from binding to ski. The slightest movement from the boot is translated to the ski with perfect precision. The higher DIN settings make for a great transitional binding for intermediate park jumpers looking to dial in their first tricks. This binding is solid, sturdy, and can handle any abuse you throw at it. But it's also light enough for my 115lb son to pop those knees to his chest with ease!

I'm 178lbs and I use these for my most of my twin tips. I love them! The only better freestyle binding, in my opinion, is the Marker Jester Pro. But I'd only step up to the Jester Pro if you're serious about staying inside those bindings as they have a really high din range going up to 18.

For smaller kids under 110lbs or for a true novice freestyle skier, I'd go with the Marker Squire as it has a lower din range and they're much more forgiving for the novice freestyle skier without sacrificing performance or adding weight.

Comes with a centralized swing weight, triple pivot elite toe system with cross axis toe-spring to provide high energy absorbsion to reduce the risk of early release.

The power width design gives you a shorter overall frame which gives you better flex in the ski and it's 10mm wider than most race bindings giving you way more power transfer.

The inner pivot heel directs the power to where there is the most elasticity improving holding power and again reducing the potential for pre-release.

Comments about Marker Griffon Ski Bindings (110mm Brakes) 2013:

Great bindings w/ a decent range to fit most upper level skiers. I don't know the numbers but these are a bit lighter than other bindings of similar range. They aren't the easiest to get into but they release when they need to. I pulled Look P14's off and put Griffons on mid season and the difference was pretty noticable. I am sold on them and until they fail me.
Me - 6'2 - 200lbs - all mtn skier - no drops more than 15' - no crazy park stuff.

Comments about Marker Griffon Ski Bindings (110mm Brakes) 2013:

one must be burly to use these bindings, if one is a reasonable weight they are NOT a step in bindings, they are a bend over and pull up heel binding, not tooo convenient on a powder day and really inconvenient when teaching lessons, they release fine at high speed, lowering din does not help, who spread that rumor????? shop people seem uninformed about them, perhaps the marker rep could visit some ski areas
have to return and REdrill by brand new ski, bummmmer
i would not recommend to people under 180 poounds or anyone who does not have good muscles,

Comments about Marker Griffon Ski Bindings (110mm Brakes) 2013:

I have never snapped my boot into a binding I felt more confident in. The entire Royal line from Marker is built solidly, light weight (relatively speaking), and I have always been able to rely on the fact that these bindings will release when they need to and not before. I like the lighter Griffon when I am pushing my skis around the resort, whether it is a bluebird day spent cruising groomers and searching for the last of the untouched stashes of snow in the trees, and I can rely on them to push my massive powder boards around while making laps in Colorado's San Juans. I wouldn't recommend another binding, and it doesn't hurt that I think they are the best looking binding out there as well.

Once I got them on I was surprised how big of the difference it made. You can really feel how light weight they are I love that the DIN goes all the way to 13. I will keep this binding for the years to come.

If you dont need DIN above 10 or 12, this is the best binding you can buy hands down. Releases easily, keeps you in when you need to be. I like a little less DIN to protect my knees but still huck these things big and have never been disappointed. The best part? Bulletproof construction. Your skis will give out before these bindings do. Dont bother with anything else.

Another quality product from Marker. Like the fact they upped the DIN to 13 for this year. For those in the 10 DIN range it means you don't have to consider going for a heavier 14-16 DIN binding.
I put these on a pair of Blizzard Cochises and they are great.

Comments about Marker Griffon Ski Bindings (110mm Brakes) 2013:

These bindings are lighter and stronger than anything I have ever ridden before. They hold my boots very well and I feel more power control from my body to my skis through these bindings. So far I have loved them and I ski at least once a week. No complaints, no issues. I did have a store mount them to make sure it was done correctly.

These bindings came with the Line Influence skis and they are definitely the best bindings out there. They give you such good control while skiing. If you don't buy the skis and bindings package, I recommending buying these bindings with any skis you get.

After a 2 year hiatus from skiing after a blown ACL, I was excited to get back on the slopes on some new skis/ with these great bindings. 3 early days at Squaw down and these bindings did not disappoint.

This binding is super solid and trustworthy.
Some of the reviewers had mentioned difficulty stepping into these bindings. Regardless of their notes, I went ahead and ordered them as they are the recommended binding for the my ski (Volkl Mantra). They are also the binding I used while demo'ing skis last winter.
Last weekend in Mammoth was my first chance to ski them. Easy step in. No problems. I am 190 lbs, add more with gear. STOKED! The skis rip too!
