Do you Rent helmets?
All bike rentals include a helmet.Do you offer multiday rentals?
We offer multi-day rentals for all of our bikes.Do you offer insurance?
Yes. $30 insurance is offered for all ebikes. Insurance covers the retail cost of replacement parts. Loss of bike will result in full retail price.
When can I pick up and drop off my rental?
You can pick up your rental any time after we open for the day. All bikes must be returned each day at least 1 hour before closing.Can I apply credits from my rental to purchase a new bike.
You can apply one rental credit towards current-season bikes, which must be redeemed within 30 days of the last rental. Credit is not applicable to prior model years or used/demo bikes. Credit is applicable in-store only and excludes online sales.Do you have transportation requirements on bike rentals?
Any damage due to improper transport of bikes will not be covered by insurance.
