Thermo Dry Infrared (TDIR) Interior: The all-new Thermo Dry Infrared (IR) interior is exclusive to Xcel. It is lighter weight and more flexible, with a plush heat generating infrared fiber that maximizes warmth while providing high level stretch and performance.
Eco-Friendly Nanoprene Lite Japanese Limestone Neoprene: Unrivaled memory and rebound that is lighter, warmer, and softer than the average neoprene with 100% high-performance stretch for comfort and warmth.
Dope-Dyed Yarn: Dope-dying infuses dye pigments into a molten plastic solution to produce colored yarns without the dyeing process. This saves tremendous amounts of water while reducing energy consumption and water pollution.
Water-Based Glue: XCEL turned solvent-based laminating glue into water-based glue, eliminating harmful, volatile organic compounds (VOCs).
