The best ideas strike when you least expect them. Parks Bonifay invented Tee Box Technology after observing how friction-busting dimples on a golf ball caused it to sail through the air straight and true. The result bears out in the Ronix Parks Modello Wakeboard, a playful, easy flowing board that you can break loose at a moments notice without ever feeling squirrelly. Paired up with a consistent, continuous rocker profile and four fiberglass ramp fins, it's the ultimate deck for getting wild behind the boat.
Continuous Rocker – An earlier arc with a mellower degree will have a smoother, more consistent glide up the wake. A rider will be able to carry more speed up the transition and land tricks farther out into the flats.
6 (1 Stored Energy - 10 Instant Energy) – More stored energy means the rider is given more time to generate the full lift from the power building from the tip all the way to the tail of the board. Instant energy generates quick lift and snap off the wake with an extra kick.
Increased Sidecut
Concave Bottom
G&R Technology – Grip and release channels have all the traction you need without creating unneeded resistance with the water.
Variable Rail
Modello Core – The most durable core in the Ronix line, it's light, tough, and affordable.
Tee Box Technology – Parks plays a lot of golf. He is actually pretty good. One day he called from the Tee Box and said he wanted to try golf ball dimples on the bottom of his new board. The result is a board that rides looser, higher, and actually has less resistance with the water. Great ideas come from all places
4 1" Ramp Fins
M6 Inserts – A higher thread count means more hold on a shallower depth, allowing thinner board profiles with shorter inserts. This results in more board feel without sacrificing boot lock down.
