FLOATilla™ – Big float, small board: by placing more surface area under foot and a gradual nose rocker the patent-pending HALFcamber™ allows Cardiff to create shorter boards with more float.
HALFcamber60 – The Cardiff HALFcamber places camber where it is absolutely necessary and gradual rocker everywhere else. The result is maximum glide, maneuverability and edge control. HALFcamber60 means 60% of the running surface is cambered.

Splitboarding A splitboard snowboard is built specifically for the backcountry rider. Splitboards are designed to break down into two separate halves for touring and uphill travel (with climbing skins). Special bindings are required as well. Once you've reached the top of the terrain feature, you reconnect your splitboard for the ride back downhill. However, it's important to note that you will need appropriate backcountry tools, knowledge of the backcountry, weather and snow conditions and climbing skins to safely take advantage of the freedom of a splitboard.

Stiff The amount a snowboard flexes varies significantly between boards. Snowboard flex ratings are not necessarily standardized across manufacturers, so the flex may vary from brand to brand. Many manufacturers will give a number rating ranging from 1-10, 1 being softest and 10 being stiffest. Here at evo we have standardized the manufacturers' number ratings to a feel rating ranging from soft to very stiff. Generally you will find flex ratings of 1-2 as soft, 3-5 as medium, 6-8 as stiff, and 9-10 as very stiff. Flex ratings and feel may ultimately vary from snowboard to snowboard.

Grip – Pomoca uses a combination of materials and weaving techniques to combine glide and durability with gripping power. Proper alignment and the fiber attachment systems make Pomoca skins very stable under all conditions and for the life span of the skin.
Glide – This exclusive process gives ski tourers extra glide with less effort. This treatment, applied at the end of the production process and to to entire length of the fiber, makes the skin glide and resist moisture more effectively. Skins with Glide offer an effective process for the entire life of the skin, and unique anti-glopping performance.
Safer Skin Light – Pomoca has succeeded in making it's classic Safer Skin membrane lighter. Thanks to finer layers in the membrane, Safer Skin Light is 12% lighter (150g / m² less). Safer Skin Light makes each pair 60 - 75g lighter, while remaining 100% waterproof and providing slightly less wear resistance.
