K2 Mindbender 108 Ti Skis 2022

When the K2 Mindbender 108Ti Skis arrived on the scene, they assumed a place of authority in the expert mid-fat category in just a few short months. All it took were a few test rides and some excited chatter among the throng. Needless to say, the hype is real and they got this one right, combining a huge dose of stability under fire, power-packed edgehold, and a versatile shape that responds to a wide range of skier input. The shape of the 108Ti, together with the Titanal Y-Beam and oversized ABS Powerwalls, just WORKS, and this ski is a big reason for K2's sudden re-emergence as a performance leader in the industry.

Rocker Type:
All-Terrain Rocker: Skis with All-Terrain rocker have a gradual rise to the tip for great versatility in all conditions, with a short, low rise in the tail for added control variable snow. All-Terrain Rocker
Core:
Fir / Aspen Core: Fir for power and impact resistance, with lighter weight Aspen for a lively energetic feel.
Laminates:
Ti Y-Beam: K2’s Ti Y-Beam delivers precision in the forebody of the ski, power under foot and stability in the tail, all while maintaining the maneuverability and drift control needed for freeride ripping. Precision cut Titanal in a ‘Y’ shape alters the torsional stiffness of the ski while maintaining a balanced, even flex pattern that delivers power in a controlled manner throughout the length of the ski.
Sidewalls:
PowerWall: Power transfer is dramatically enhanced with the oversized ABS sidewalls that are laminated and pocketed within the wood core in the midbody of the ski. With the sidewall extending into the heart of the ski, the transmission of energy from skier to ski edge is direct and precise.
Binding Compatibility:
We recommend a brake width equal to or at most 15 mm wider than the ski waist width.
