Maxxis High Roller II Tire - 27.5"

With a Maxxis High Roller II Tire out back, you're ready for moon dust. This fast-rolling classic from Maxxis won't do you any favors on wet roots, but for drought conditions and summertime shuttle shreds, the large side knobs will give you more grip than you'll believe. This model is a wire-bead monster in a 2-ply DH casing, too, so it's ready for multiple laps on Mars. The large channel between the center and side knobs gives a loose-then-locked-in cornering characteristic that's loved by old school hot doggers.

Construction:
3C MaxxGrip: Maxxis 3C Triple Compound mountain technology uses a harder, longer lasting base layer and two progressively softer top layers in order to optimize traction and stability. 3C MaxxGrip is a new name for the downhill 3C compound configuration that you have come to know and trust. 3C Maxx Grip offers the ultimate in grip and slow rebound properties for unparalleled traction in downhill applications. 3C MaxxGrip
2-Ply DH Casing [Select Tires]: With butyl-protected sidewalls for durability.
Features:
Directional, Ramped Knob Design: Low rolling resistance.
Max PSI: 60
Tubeless Ready: Tubeless tires provide the rider with many benefits: the ability to run lower air pressures, which improves traction; lower rolling resistance when compared to a tube-type tire; and less chance of flatting since there is no tube. Maxxis Tubeless Ready (TR) tires provide the benefits of a UST tubeless tire without the weight penalty. Maxxis TR tires use a standard casing and require the use of a liquid sealant in order to make them airtight. Maxxis Tubeless Ready tires are the only Maxxis tires approved for use with liquid sealants. Using a liquid sealant in any non-TR Maxxis tire will void the warranty.
