The Rising Sun is Billabong’s Andy Irons signature series 22” boardshort. You may not be able to surf like a pro, but you can look like one while trying. The rising sun is on the left panel while there is a cargo pocket on the right side. It’s made from very lightweight and durable Todos nylon twill that dries quickly out of the water.
