The Active Cockpit reinforced structure of this boot is designed with elastomers to facilitate rebound and improve flex. The two lateral activators store energy during boot flex and release it when the boot straightens giving the skier rebound. The elastomer cylinder located in the back of the shell/cuff makes the flex more progressive. The Intense features a specific Thermo Fit liner with natural toe box lasted for women.
