Burton Malolo Channel Rocker Snowboard 2010

Burton Malolo Channel Rocker Snowboard 2010: The Burton Malolo Channel Rocker Snowboard features a shallow taper that lets guys like Terje and Nicolas Müller spin off cliffs and kickers, lay it sideways, and blast through stashes with uncompromised flow and precision. Whether it’s an epic dump or late day crud, the new S-Rocker design gives the Burton Malolo Channel Rocker effortless float that will accelerate you out of even the deepest driving turn.

Construction and Core:
Powder Fly II Core features a more resilient, lighter-weight nose that when combined with the board’s tapered shape and set-back stance promotes float and eliminates rear leg burn so you can relax when riding powder
With Dualzone EGD, the wood grain is positioned along the toe and heel edges, perpendicular to the rest of the wood core for superior edge hold and added strength
Triax Response fiberglass yields a versatile flex that’s capable of everything from straight-line descents to mellow terrain park laps
Flex:
Flex rating: 5 (1 Softest – 10 Stiffest). 20mm Tapered board with versatile Directional flex with increased pop in the tail and a more resilient nose so you can remain in control in all terrains and conditions
Negative profile featuring thinner sections of core between the bindings for softer flex and torsion
Binding Compatibility:
The Burton Malolo Channel Rocker Snowboard is only compatible with Burton Snowboard Bindings; Small to Medium size bindings for 149cm and 154cm, Medium to Large size bindings for 158cm, 162cm and 166cm
Base:
Sintered N2O WFO Vision base is super fast with the poppiest graphics possible
Sidewalls and Edges:
Pro:45 sidewalls feature a slantwall shape towards the nose that transitions into the burlier 10:45 sidewall shape at the tail, allowing the nose to cut through powder and crud while the tail takes all the abuse of off-piste riding
Grip and Rip Tune edges are perfect for slicing and dicing the entire mountain to pieces
