The Nitro Select BOA® Snowboard Boots are built for riders who demand precision and durability in equal measure. They deliver a powerful, customizable fit with the support to charge hard season after season. A stiff flex keeps response high when the terrain gets steep and technical, while Nitro's Dual BOA® Fit System and proven TLS+ lacing technology make it easy to fine-tune the fit exactly how you like it. A Vibram® ECOSTEP™ outsole and reinforced construction round out a package built for riders who put in the days and expect their gear to keep up. Fit:
Power Tongue Stiffener: If you are looking for adjustable stiffness throughout the day or season, you can use Nitro's removable tongue stiffener to change between premium precision or more of a relaxed feel. From the steep and deep to the groomers, you can customize your boot feel perfect for your style.
Liner:
Cloud 9 Liner: Ultra-lightweight pre-molded Thermacell material creates a straight out of the box fit with unstoppable comfort. Nitro's signature latex heel pads provide lifetime heel fit, while the clutch tongue makes boot entry and exit easier.
Internal Power Strap: Crank down the top of your liner with the easy-to-use Power Strap for more response from the top down.
ILS (Internal Lacing System): Nitro's Internal Lacing System features a reinforced harness firmly connected to the boot shell. It snugly wraps around the liner, securing it in the shell and providing precise lacing and fit. Nitro's engineered ILS laces provide less friction and a Dyneema® core for added strength.
Internal Ankle Support: An anatomically shaped and pliable support plate distributes lace pressure over the instep area and provides extra support against toeside turn impact. The result is more comfort and a better, more precise fit.
Heat Moldable: Nitro's Thermacell material will adapt to your foot ’s shape over
time, simply by wearing your boots out riding. If you still feel
the need to custom-fit your boots, this can easily be done
by heat molding your liners either in shop, using a specific
heating system and tools.
Lacing System:
TLS+: Nitro is leading the pack with the TLS lacing system: Two independent lacing zones, quickly tightened and safely locked in place by a compact and lightweight mechanism with the reliability proven by tens of thousands of days on the mountain. Specifically designed, low abrasion Dyneema® laces, easy-entry handle storage pockets as well as our Bail Out system for effortless lace release round off the most developed dual lacing system on the market. And their strategically placed molded Lace Gliders reduce friction to a minimum for more defined and powerful lacing.
Dual High Power BOA® Fit System: High power and high capacity, the BOA® Fit System featuring Dual Dial H4 delivers micro-adjustable precision fit with a 4:1 mechanical advantage. BOA® Fit System featuring H4 dial is built to withstand impact in the park, backcountry, and everything in between. The Coiler™ on the tongue dial increases the speed of entry into the product by quickly taking up lace slack. BOA® dials and laces are guaranteed for the lifetime of the product on which it is integrated.

Vibram® ECOSTEP™ Outsole: Vibram grip and traction with an eco-friendly approach. The rubber scrap generated by Vibram's production process is recycled to produce their ECOSTEP™ compound, made with up to 50% recycled rubber.
EVA Midsole: A molded EVA midsole reduces overall boot weight and provides dampening, comfort, and thermal insulation.
Air Dampening: The best shock absorbing technology on the planet sucks up hard landings and keeps your heels from getting bruised and, unlike other technologies, functions virtually independent from temperature. This noticeable difference in ride and comfort does not compromise response or control. D3O® Technology: D3O® is a smart material that moves slowly and increases comfort when in a normal state. But when shock or impact is increased, it absorbs and disperses energy, before instantly returning to its flexible state. Intelligent comfort!
Therminator Shield: This thermal layer between sole and liner will reflect your body heat and keep your feet warm all day.
Additional Features:
Armored Shell: To give Nitro's boots more support and response, they have designed an internal molded shell. This anatomically shaped and 3D molded piece wraps around the heel and the lateral /medial side of the foot, increasing heel fit, shell stiffness and durability. The Armored Shell helps the boot keeping its shape and flex day-in, day-out, season
after season.
Speed Gaiter: Nitro´s new gusset construction enhances protection from the elements on top of the foot to keep you dry and warm. The ergonomic diagonal zipper design allows for one-handed operation while also adding to the durability of the boot and its lacing system.
Molded Toe Cap: Precision-molded to fit Nitro's last perfectly, their molded toe cap provides more toe space and protection from toe straps worn over the tip.
Reinforced Heel Construction: This model-specific reinforcement provides extra resistance against wear and tear from the binding heel area.
