We Are One Convergence Sector Wheelset is a race-ready wheel from the rider-favorite outfit in Kamloops, BC. Their 28mm width is somewhere between XC and Enduro, perfect for most trail riding. That wild wavy rim face not only looks super cool, but it aligns each spoke nipple at its strongest angle, increasing strength and longevity. This rim profile is optimized for trail riding, best for trail tires and formed in such a way to maintain trail feel--so it doesn't feel like you're riding on a couple of too-stiff discs of soulless plastic. The rims are laced to Industry Nine Hydra hubs, a standard of the industry, so there's no question of their durability. These don't have much competition in the carbon wheel arena.

Impact Resistance: We Are One has a lifetime warranty on these rims, no questions asked. Simply put, if you break a rim while riding your bike, they'll replace it.
Light and Strong: An all-new rim shape allowed We Are One to reduce radial stiffness and utilize less fiber while increasing impact strengths as well. The shape combined with the layup offers a more homogenous system and provides more support to each component of the rim than ever before.
Rims:
Hand Laid Carbon Fiber: WAO have achieved what they believe to be the perfect balance of weight, strength and ride feel with these rims. They built a new test protocol and focused on single-wall impact failures, and introduced a new ZRT material from Boston Materials, placing it in critical areas. They completely redesigned the carbon layup of each rim from the ground up, changing all possible orientations, angles, and processes. The rim's wavy external shape drives the internal profile. With 7.5° alternating faces, when drilled, it gives the nipple the perfect perpendicular angle with no point loading. This feature improves fatigue on the nipples and spokes, providing unrivaled durability and prolonged service intervals. By reducing the depth of the rims to 18.5mm and working on both laminate orientations and materials, we isolated the cause of both the radial and lateral levers of the rim design. The Convergence gives the rider a data-backed increase in lateral stiffness and a wheelset that dampens the rough chatter of the trail. The Convergence line of rims offers the best ride experience to date. The best of everything, in one rim.
Trail Ready: Founded by the spirit of racing, the Sector rim is the narrowest and lightest rim in the Convergence series. When bigger isn't always better, the Sector packs the same 33% increase in impact strength as the other Convergence rims. Pairing nicely with tires between 2.2" and 2.4", the Sector is there to help you twist through corners just like the face of their Convergence rims.
