This signature vest from Ronix riders Jake & Tyler simply offers the ultimate (i.e. supreme) blend of buoyancy and mobility thanks to a form fitting design with 2-to-1 cushion foam distribution, oversized arm holes, and a more eco-friendly construction with the likes of water-based glue and yarns derived from recycled plastic bottles. Material:
Nature's Neoprene: Neoprene is normally made of petrochemicals - instead we use neoprene made from Limestone. It also lasts longer and is more comfortable.
2-Way Stretch Neoprene: A material that moves east/west when you do.
Cushion Foam: The most flexible and softest CGA foam in the Ronix line. It molds easily to the body, enhancing comfort during extended wear and reducing fatigue while you wakeboard, wakesurf, or wakefoil.
Fit:
Manhattan Tailored Fit: Designed entirely for the avid waterman. Ronix went deep into the outfitting process and borrowed some principles from lifelong NYC tailors who know what it takes to form a flawless fit. Once Mr. Manhattan got the dimensions all dialed in, the next step was to dial in the ratio of sizes ranging from XS all the way to a 4XL. So not only did Ronix create the perfect fit, but they have it in 8 different sizes.
Fit for Longer Torsos: Roughly 2" longer than a standard fitting vest.
Oversized Arm Holes: Sometimes those arms like to flap — these bigger holes let you roll the windows down with ease.
Certification:
Coast Guard Approved: Safety doesn't take a vacation. These jackets push innovation boundaries but still have enough flotation to meet the safety requirements.
Features:
H2O Glue: Most of our neoprene is laminated together with a water based glue.
H2O Yarn: A wide selection of our fabrics are knitted with yarn made from recycled plastic bottles.
2 to 1 Foam Thickness: The foam starts in the chest at 2" thick, then fades to 1" thick around the stomach region. The result: buoyancy where you have to have it, and mobility where you want it.
Water Resistant Liner: You know that annoying face you make when you have to put on your buddy's wet life jacket? Not no more. Ronix created a liner that greatly reduces water seeping into a jacket, and most importantly the weird face.
