For years, boot manufacturers seemed to feel that people with wide feet didn't need top-level construction in their boots (maybe all the good skiers in Italy had narrow feet). Nordica bucked the trend with the introduction of their Sportmachine, equipping their 102mm lasted boot with the full Tri Force Shell construction and 3D Custom Cork Liner. This is a boot that skis as good as it looks, and offers those with wider and high volume feet much needed relief.
