The new Patagonia Snowdrifter Bibs score high on many counts. The super soft and stretchy fabric is softshell-like in feel and comfort, and the water resistance is top notch. The tall bib and minimalist feature set are perfect for serious riders and serious days. Breathability is good, with a drop seat zipper setup that's extremely effective at dumping heat.
