Repreve Fabrication: Recycled bottles are collected and recycled then chopped to form flakes. The flakes are then ground, melted and reformulated into REPREVE chips. Once the chips are formed, they are melted and extruded into REPREVE recycled Fiber. Fabric that is made from the fiber becomes eco-friendly fabric for outerwear to be made from.
