Kastle BMX105 HP Skis 2017

When you see someone in the lift line on the Kastle BMX105 HP Skis, you better bet your bottom dollar that they just skied a gnarlier line than everyone else. Designed for the hardest rippers, these stiff and powerful shred sticks give you the edge hold and stability you need to stomp big airs, navigate stupidly-steep chutes, and hit warp speed down runs that transition from chunder to corduroy. Wide enough to float atop an overnight refresh, yet still manageable enough to go edge-to-edge quickly on the hardpack, the Kastle BMX105 HP Skis are the ultimate daily driver for the fast and furious.

Rocker Type:
Low Camber / Progressive Rise Rocker: Provides better response in deep powder and a harmonious flex when combined with the Progressive Rise Rocker. The BMX105 HP's 446mm of Progressive Rise Rocker improves floatation and enables smoother handling under diverse snow conditions.
Sidecut:
Elliptical Radius: A narrower turning radius in the shovel and tail, combined with a wider turning radius throughout the meat of the ski, allows the ski to easily adapt to different terrain depending on what you're feeling.
Shape:
Hook Free Shovel
Core:
Wood Core: The core of this ski has been constructed from silver fir creating a lightweight, yet durable ski. The core has been bonded with an adhesive block binder, in comparison with sheet binding for further weight reduction.
Laminates:
Two 0.5mm Titanal Sheets: For those that want a little extra gusto.
Sidewalls:
ABS Sidewalls
Sandwich Sidewall Construction
Additional Features:
Hollowtech 2.0: The next generation of Kastle's proprietary technology provides an even greater weight-reduction in the shovel of the ski for easier turning and more stability at speed.
Binding Compatibility:
We recommend a brake width equal to or at most 15 mm wider than the ski waist width.
