New for this season, the DaKine Leather Scout Gloves offer the superior warmth of the original Scout, with a premium leather palm. They feature a DWR-treated shell, high loft synthetic insulation, and a tricot lining for moisture management without the bulk of heavier liners. Plus, they come with a removable fleece storm liner glove -- a quick-drying addition that's also touch screen compatible.

Shell Material:
Nylon / Polyester with DWR Treatment: The surface of the shell fabrics are treated with a Durable Water Repellent (DWR) finish to act as an initial barrier to moisture. The backside of the fabrics are also treated with another water-resistant and breathable coating or laminate. This acts as a climate-control system that lets perspiration out, but keeps moisture from penetrating inward, helping keep your hands warm and dry.
Membrane:
DK Dry™ Waterproof Breathable Insert: 100% Polyurethane inserts use a unique film technology that maximizes value and comfort. The waterproof inserts block water from the outside, keeping hands warm and dry on the inside.
Insulation:
High Loft Synthetic (110 g / 230 g): A synthetic insulation with an excellent balance of comfort, warmth and value. It resists moisture in wet conditions. Providing loft retention and an air space that holds heat and keeps hands warm. The non-bulky nature of this insulation allows breathability when conditions are warmer.
Lining:
150 g Tricot: The least bulky of all liners, lightweight Tricot provides the ultimate in dexterity and moisture management.
Removable Storm Liner Glove: Touch screen compatible 280 g 4x4 stretch fleece. The 4-way stretch fleece removable liner allows for versatility in climate adjustment and is extremely quick drying.
Palm:
Durable Water Repellent Leather: A unique tanning process infuses the leather with a waterproofing agent and compound dye yielding a premium leather for the ultimate in comfort and durability.
