Terms & Conditions

Bike

  • Reservation, Refund, Amendment and Cancellation Policy
    evo has a wide assortment of bikes available for reservation or walk-up rentals at all our locations. The selection of bikes varies by location and can be viewed online or on our reservation platform. We can take reservations in person, over the phone, or on our website by location. We cannot guarantee the item you’re looking for will be available, but we’ll do our best to accommodate your requests. Please note once rental equipment goes on sale, we cannot take reservations for the rental or purchase of the equipment. Please cancel your reservation 24 hours prior to your pick-up day for a full refund. We will prorate your rental upon return of the product to the store for the unused portion of any reservation.
  • Rental Pick-up & Return
    You may pick up your bike rental anytime during our hours of operation. A one-day rental can be returned anytime on the same day it was rented or 24hrs after the initial rental. Hybrid rentals are same-day rentals and must be back before closing that day. Multi-day rentals are for 24hrs each day. If the rental equipment is returned late: an extra day will be charged to the credit card on file. The full retail price will be charged to the credit card on file if the rental equipment has not been returned within 48 hours of the due date. Demo and Late fees will not be refunded.
  • Payment Terms
    A valid credit card and driver’s license must be provided during rental pick-up. No debit cards.
  • Liability and Indemnity for Rental Equipment
    A rental liability waiver must be signed before the equipment can be used.
  • Loss & Damage Policy
    You are responsible for any damage incurred while product is being used. Repair costs will be charged to the credit card on file. You are responsible for the full retail price if the equipment is lost, stolen or damage is unrepairable. The full retail price of the equipment will be charged at the time of drop-off. Without prior authorization, rental equipment cannot be used in the terrain park.
  • Children Classification
    Children’s prices are determined by age.Children aged 12 years and under are considered “children” or “kids” for the purpose of renting equipment.
  • Rental Credit Policy
    Up to $450 rentals credits may be applied towards current season bikes and must be redeemed within 30 days of the last rental. Credit is not applicable to prior model years or used/demo bikes. Credit is applicable in-store only, excludes online sales.

Snow

  • Reservation, Refund, Amendment and Cancellation Policy
    Premium ski & snowboard rentals, backcountry ski & splitboard rental packages, and avalanche safety equipment can be reserved in advance. Ski & snowboard rental packages and kids rental packages are only available on a first-come, first-served basis.We can take reservations in person or over the phone. We cannot guarantee the item you’re looking for will be available but we’ll do our best to accommodate your requests. Please note: once rental equipment goes on sale, we cannot take reservations for the rental or purchase of the equipment.Please cancel your reservation 24 hours prior to your pick-up day for a full refund. We will prorate your rental upon return of product to the store for the unused portion of any reservation.
  • Rental Pick-up & Return
    You may pick up your equipment anytime after 2:00 PM the day prior to your rental period and must return your equipment before 12:00 PM the following day.For ski and snowboard rentals in which you are using your own boots, both boots must be present at time of pick-up to adjust the rental bindings. For ski rental specifically, we need your ski boot to properly test your rental skis binding release. To ensure your safety with our rental equipment, we are legally required to test your ski set up before you use it on snow.If the rental equipment is returned late: an extra day and half $75.00 fee will be charged to the credit card on file. If the rental equipment has not been returned within 48 hours of the due date, the full retail price will be charged to the credit card on file. Demo and Late fees will not be refunded.

  • Conditions Permitting
    Early and late season conditions can always change. Therefore, we reserve the right not to send out our rentals when we feel our equipment will be severely damaged due to lack of snow. If we allow the customer to take equipment during these times, be aware that the customer is responsible for all damage. For this reason, we highly recommend insurance to help cover some of the cost if damage or theft happens.
