Do you offer multi-day rentals?
We do offer multi-day rentals. Check out the above pricing menu or give us a call to inquire about our rates.
Do you rent helmets?
Yes, all bike rentals include a helmet.
Do you offer insurance?
Highly recommended: optional insurance is available for all bike rentals at $30 per day. It covers repair labor and offers reduced pricing on replacement parts. In the event of a lost bike, the full retail value will apply.
How often is your rental gear serviced?
We service each bike every day following the return of each rental.
Can I apply credits from my rental to purchase a new bike?
Yes, Up to $450 rentals credits may be applied towards current season bikes and must be redeemed within 30 days of the last rental. Credit is not applicable to prior model years or used/demo bikes. Credit is applicable in-store only, excludes online sales.
Can I apply credits from my rental to the purchase of a new ski or snowboard?
Yes. Up to 3 days of demo/rental credit may be applied towards current season skis/snowboards and must be redeemed within 30 days of the latest demo/rental. Credit is not applicable to prior model years or used/demo skis and snowboards. Credit is applicable in Canadian store locations only, excludes online sales.
