The latest version packs canted footbeds with heel shock pads for a supremely balanced and smooth board feel, while the new dual band ankle straps take comfort, precision, and response up a few notches.

Baseplate
Magnesium / Carbon Fiber Drive Plate – Magnesium and carbon fiber, a UHMW core and an eco-sublimated top sheet material create a medium-stiff flex pattern for a broad range of conditions.
Canted Footbed / Heel Shock Pad – Canted footbed padding centers riders balance while increasing drive and pop. The Heel Shock Pad provides extra impact absorption for hard landings.
Uni-Body Chassis – Uni-body polymer design helps absorb vibration for a damp, smooth ride. Adjustable toe ramp.
Large Axis Disc – Included pivot disk is 2x4, 4x4, and Channel mounting pattern compatible.

Power Polymer Nylon Highback – Engineered nylon polymer has a medium flex, well suited for all-around riding conditions.
The Cube Forward Lean Adjustment – This revolutionary dual durometer urethane dampening forward lean adjuster is fast and easy. Choose from 10 degrees, 14 degrees, 18 degrees, or 22 degrees of lean.

Dual Band Ankle Strap – Two bands with different flex and power properties fuse for maximum comfort and response. Thin textile synthetic leather padding creates a lightweight strap that is responsive and allows precise snow feel.
Grip Form Toe Strap – A lightweight molded grip secures the strap in place, with a flexible secondary panel forming to the boot for dynamic performance.

Stiff The amount a snowboard flexes varies significantly between boards. Snowboard flex ratings are not necessarily standardized across manufacturers, so the flex may vary from brand to brand. Many manufacturers will give a number rating ranging from 1-10, 1 being softest and 10 being stiffest. Here at evo we have standardized the manufacturers' number ratings to a feel rating ranging from soft to very stiff. Generally you will find flex ratings of 1-2 as soft, 3-5 as medium, 6-8 as stiff, and 9-10 as very stiff. Flex ratings and feel may ultimately vary from snowboard to snowboard.
