What is a seasonal rental?
evo’s seasonal ski and snowboard rental packages give families a convenient, affordable way to keep kids in properly fitting ski and snowboard packages all season long. Avoid standing in long rental lines every weekend, get your kids on the coolest, most current gear, and save the money you'd otherwise spend on buying new gear each year. Season ski rentals and snowboard season rental packages eliminate the hassle and put the focus back on having fun.
Can we just rent the boots and poles for the season?
No. At this time, our seasonal rental packages for skiers and snowboarders cannot be broken up for reduced/discounted pricing.
Do you offer mid-season size swaps?
Yes, we do. Size swaps are available on a first-come, first-served basis and may be limited by inventory availability.
When are season rentals due back to evo?
All season rental ski and snowboard items must be returned to evo Seattle no later than May 1. Tardy returns will be assessed a $150.00 late fee.
As a seasonal rental customer, do I get any discounts on additional gear?
Yes! When you pick up your seasonal rental at evo, you’llreceive a one-time, 20% off in-store-only offer on kids’ ski and snowboard clothing and accessories.
Where can I use my rental gear?
Anywhere! While most of our customers frequent local resorts, where you choose to ski or snowboard is entirely up to you. Our full-season ski and snowboard rentals are more convenient and more cost-effective than standing in line at your local resort.
My child's size is sold out/unavailable. Can you help me?
Unfortunately, at this time, all our ski and snowboard rental programs are operated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Do you offer insurance?
Yes. $15 insurance is offered. Insurance covers 50% of the cost to repair or replace the gear.
Can I apply rental credits to the purchase of a new ski or snowboard?
Yes. Up to $150 rental credit may be applied towards current season skis/snowboards and must be redeemed within 30 days of the last rental. Credit does not apply to prior model years or used/demo skis and snowboards. Credit is usable in-store only and excludes online sales.
