Even though supply-chain disruptions have made it tricky for everyone to find new bikes this year, we’ve been busy building up one of the best rental fleets in town. Our new rental and service building can be found at 845 Lincoln St, behind the main retail store on Broadway.Do you offer multiday rentals?
We offer multi-day rentals for all of our bikes.Do you offer insurance?
Yes. $15 insurance is offered for hardtail, road, & hybrid bikes. $25 insurance is offered for ebikes, & full suspension bikes. Insurance covers the cost of the labor & provides reduced pricing on parts. Loss of bike will result in full retail price.
When can I pick up and drop off my rental?
Rental pick up and drop off is dependant on how long you are renting with us. Same-day rentals can be picked up anytime starting at our open and must be returned within an hour of close the same day. 24 hour and multi-day rentals can be picked up anytime starting at open and must be returned the following 24 hours or however many days you choose to rent later.Can I apply credits from my rental to purchase a new bike.
Yes. Up to 270 of demo/rental credit may be applied towards current season bikes and must be redeemed within 30 days of the latest demo/rental. Credit is not applicable to prior model years or used/demo bikes. Credit is applicable in-store only, excludes online sales.Do you have transportation requirements on bike rentals?
Yes, We require all ebikes to be transported by a bike rack or tailgate pads. ebikes will not be checked out to customers who do not have a bike rack or tailgate pad to transport them.
