The Atomic Backland XTD Carbon 120 Alpine Touring Ski Boots have already been hitting the skintrack with a vengeance, weighing in at 1380 grams in a 26.5 and skiing like a legit 120 flex ski boot. With a fit derived from the best-selling Hawx Prime and a plushness to the liner that seems out of place in this weight class, the Backland XTD Carbon is destined for greatness anywhere there's backcountry goods to be had.

Last: 100mmA comfortable medium volume last derived from Atomic's Hawx Prime boot, meant for all day comfort and then some.

Memory FitAdvanced heat-fitting technology creates a fully personalized shell, cuff and liner in minutes. The key is Memolink, Atomic's special additive that improves the moldability and stretch of their plastics. Expansion can be up to 6mm forefoot width and up to 10mm ankle width, resulting in a permanent and complete anatomical fit in minutes. See your bootfitter for details.


Flex: 120A stiff flex that promotes aggressive skiing, but not so stiff as to hinder your descent in variable conditions.


3D Platinum Tour LinerFinally a touring liner with some density and padding, the 3D Platinum Tour is meant for long days in the BC. Breathable and washable.
